ARCH RIVALRY AND ST. LOUIS CARDINALS UNVEIL
DOUBLE PLAY TICKET PACKAGE

FANS CAN BUY MISSOURI VS. ILLINOIS AND CARDS VS. REDS TICKET FOR ONE LOW PRICE

ST. LOUIS - Aug. 19, 2010 - Two heated rivalries.  One great price.  A searing St. Louis summer culminates Labor Day weekend with the intensity of two compelling match-ups:  Tigers vs. Fighting Illini and Cardinals vs. Reds.  Fans can see it all with just one ticket.

The organizers of the State Farm Arch Rivalry have joined forces with the St. Louis Cardinals to offer a one-of-a-kind “Double Play” ticket package.  For only $50, fans can obtain a terrace sideline ticket to the Arch Rivalry on Saturday, Sept. 4 and a ticket to the Cardinals vs. Reds game of their choice during Labor Day weekend (Friday, Sept. 3, Saturday, Sept. 4, or Sunday, Sept. 5).  Cardinals tickets included in the Rivalry Double Play Combo are located in the loge, pavilion and terrace seating levels of Busch Stadium.  To purchase, fans must first order their Cardinals vs. Reds tickets online at www.cardinals.com/rivalry or via the link at www.statefarmarchrivalry.com.  Tickets must be purchased from the “Rivalry Double Play Combo” section to qualify for the special price.  Once the Cardinals vs. Reds ticket purchase is finalized, fans will receive a password via e-mail to redeem an Arch Rivalry ticket.  A $7 convenience fee will be added to the price of the Rivalry Double Play Combo.  Fans can save up to $32.20 by purchasing the Double Play Combo.

Fans may still purchase tickets that provide admission to only the Arch Rivalry.  Good tickets, including a limited number of lower level and club seats, are available.  Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 or at all Ticketmaster outlets.  (Please note that advanced tickets will not be sold at the Edward Jones Dome box office.)

In addition to individual tickets, group discount packages for groups of 20 or more are available and can be purchased by calling 314-345-5111.  The St. Louis Sports Commission is also selling special VIP Packages for the Arch Rivalry.  Packages include great lower level seats, pregame hospitality, parking and more.  For more information or to purchase a package, call 314-345-5111.
