TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE FOR 2004 NCAA WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS IN ST. LOUIS

ST. LOUIS - Feb. 18, 2004 — One month from today the excitement, drama, and passion of college wrestling returns to downtown St. Louis. The 2004 NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships are back at Savvis Center March 18-20. Although the Championships are nearing a sellout, tickets are still available. The first time the event was held in the Gateway City, in March 2000, it shattered the all-time total attendance record. This time fans have the chance to be part of history once again, as a new all-time attendance mark will be established.

Ticket applications can be obtained by calling 877-722-1604 or by visiting www.stlouissports.org/wrestling. All-session tickets cost $110.

The University of Missouri and the St. Louis Sports Commission host the event. This marks the second time the Championships are taking place at Savvis Center. For the first time in its history, the tournament will take place in the same city in back-to-back years as the Championships return to St. Louis in March 2005.

Free YES Wrestling Clinic March 16

The St. Louis Sports Commission, University of Missouri, and the NCAA's Youth Education through Sports (YES) program will host a free wrestling YES clinic from 6 - 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 16 at Savvis Center. Held in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships in St. Louis March 18-20, the clinic is open to boys and girls ages 10-18.

Registration is limited to ensure that group instruction sessions are small; therefore, early enrollment is encouraged.

To register, call 314-206-7385 or log on to www.YESclinics.org.
