COLLEGE CUP SEMIFINALS POSTPONED UNTIL SATURDAY

Due to the winter weather system that moved through the St. Louis area Thursday night, Friday's NCAA Men's Soccer College Cup semifinal games have been postponed until Saturday, Dec. 2. The first game, featuring Virginia and UCLA, will now be played at 11 a.m. (CT) Saturday and will be televised live on ESPN2. Wake Forest and UC Santa Barbara will meet at 1:30 p.m. (CT), or 45 minutes following the first game, and can be seen on ESPN2 on tape delay at a time to be determined. Sunday's championship game is still scheduled for Sun., Dec. 3, at 2 p.m. (CT), and will be shown live on ESPN2.

TICKET UPDATE

COLLEGE CUP TICKETS AVAILABLE

ST. LOUIS – Saint Louis University director of athletics Cheryl L. Levick announced this afternoon that approximately 300 tickets are available for the 2006 NCAA Men’s Soccer College Cup this weekend. The semifinals have been re-scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. with the championship match at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon at Robert R. Hermann Stadium.

College Cup ticket packages include tickets for both the semifinals and championship matches and are priced at $40 and $50. Single-game tickets are $20 and $25.

Tickets are available today at the Billiken Ticket Office or by calling 314-977-4SLU. Tickets will be available for purchase on game day at the west side ticket booth located near the main grandstand. The ticket booth will open at 9:30 Saturday morning and 12:30 Sunday afternoon.
